The bed wasn't so comfortable but the room was very clean. Lots of room to move around and the suites are great. The service desk always had someone there attentive and always had a smile. Everything was really nice. The breakfast bar was plentiful and very delicious. Definitely will be returning
Clean room , was disappointed the price on Internet was not the same as I was charged they charged me more. I stay at Hilton hotels every week
Great location! It was conveniently located to many of the main attractions in Albuquerque. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful when asked for guidance.
Great stay! Dare i complain that the hot tub was a litttle too hot? Compared to other hamptons where the hot tubs were lukewarm. Breakfast was great as usual!
Overall experience was good. Several resturants within walking distance. Room was clean. Only issue was bedding tends to be too heavy for my liking. Not hotels fault, car street rally occurred in parking lot next to hotel. Hundreds of cars/trucks involved. Watched the even occur from hotel room window. Cops eventually showed up and cleared out the parking lot.
I never interacted with the front staff. There was a big group there and I had a digital key. They had upgraded my room earlier in the day and seemed attentive in that way. I missed getting my free water but otherwise, the whole hotel was immaculate and I felt very comfortable in the little enclave where it is located. I think it is a great and easy hotel and would stay again.
The good things: comfortable bed. Very quiet. Those two things are important. Good breakfast. Things that need improvement: The carpet could be cleaner alongside the bed & nightstands. The front desk ladies were not at all welcoming. They don’t even look at you. Kindness goes a long ways. A friendly greeting wouldn’t hurt. Overall, the stay wasn’t bad. Room 520 was spacious. We would stay here again.
overall really great experience. The room was very nice very clean. I enjoyed staying there. We only had one hiccup and that was that the housekeeping team never brought our extra towels but that’s OK still really good job
